Come learn more about Hope House Northern Colorado, an organization focused on empowering teen moms in Larimer & Weld counties. Hear from a teen mom who has partnered with Hope House in her self-sufficiency journey, meet the first Northern Colorado Hero of Hope, and groove to the funk of Boogie Machine (a 70s cover band).
